Yuta began his career in 2014 at SMBC Nikko Securities Inc., spending over seven years in investment banking across Tokyo and New York. During this time, he led equity and debt capital raising, IPO advisory, and M&A transactions. He later joined Paidy as a corporate planning manager, overseeing FP&A and post-merger integration (PMI) following its JPY 300 billion acquisition by PayPal. Prior to joining Space BD, he served as CFO at a healthcare startup, where he managed multi-billion yen fundraising rounds, IPO preparations, FP&A, and overall corporate operations.
