After graduating from a U.S. university, Rika began her career at a specialized chemical trading company, where she gained experience in trade administration and sales operations handling silicones and their raw materials. Following a period abroad dedicated to raising her family, she returned to Japan and worked at a leading domestic life science company, where she was responsible for sales support and export control. She currently works as assistant business developer, providing broad-based support across various operations.
