Joined Mitsubishi Corporation in 1989 with 36 years of experinces in various roles including finance and accounting, sales transactions, investment and management of businesses, corporate functions, overseas office operations, and secondments to business subsidiaries.
In sales management, worked closely with sales and business divisions to drive transactions and business investments across diverse sectors, including domestic food distribution, international trade and logistics of commodities such as soybeans and corn, overseas power plant construction and international taxation, industrial finance, and large-scale shipping and global logistics.
In corporate functions, led company-wide initiatives in finance and foreign exchange management. Spent a total of about 10 years stationed overseas in Manila (Philippines) and Johannesburg (South Africa), overseeing corporate operations and managing the offices.
Since 2016, served as a full-time executive (CFO, etc.) at two domestic joint venture subsidiaries involved in hands-on investment, assisting the president and overseeing finance, risk management, legal compliance, general affairs, and HR.
